If approved, refunds are processed within 7 to 21 business days, depending on the airline’s timeline. The refunded amount will be returned to your original method of payment.
Non-Refundable Tickets
Some fares, especially discounted and promotional tickets, may be non-refundable as per airline policy. In such cases, we can assist in requesting:
- Travel credit (if offered by the airline)
- Flight changes with applicable change fees
Service Fees
Low Fare Go’s service or booking fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error was caused by our system or team.
Flight Changes Instead of Refund
For customers unable to get a refund, we can help you:
- Reschedule your ticket (airline rules apply)
- Modify passenger name or date (if permitted)
